About Jacob Hemstreet

Jacob Hemstreet has been a dedicated real estate professional working in the industry since 2018, proudly calling Yamhill County, Oregon, home. Jacob is a true out-of-the-box thinker, approaching challenges with unique and innovative strategies. Jacob’s upbringing on a family farm instilled in him a strong work ethic, a knowledge of forestry, and a profound appreciation for the power of a good cup of coffee!

After school, Jacob joined the JATC Electrical program, ultimately earning his Journeyman Electrical License. With eight years of hands-on experience in the construction field, he gained invaluable insights into new construction, remodeling, additions, service work, and troubleshooting. Particularly well-versed in remodels, Jacob possesses an in-depth understanding of homes spanning from the late 1800s to the present, enabling him to guide clients with detailed knowledge about their potential purchases and provide insights into construction and remodeling histories and potential.
